Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Period: The rental period will be for 24 hours. In case of late return, an additional charge of 10% of the rental amount will be applicable.
2. Advance Payment: The full rental amount must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
3. Security Deposit: A double deposit will be required at the time of taking delivery of the outfit.
4. Damage Charges: Any damaged, torn, or otherwise damaged garment will be subject to additional charges.
5. Cancellation Policy: In case of order cancellation, 50% of the rental amount will be deducted.
6. Stain / Dry-Cleaning Charges: If the garment is stained or requires additional cleaning due to the customer’s use, a dry-cleaning charge of ₹300 will be applicable separately.
7. Receipt Requirement: The original receipt must be presented at the time of delivery and deposit refund. Delivery and/or deposit refund will not be provided without the receipt.
8. No Changes After Booking: Once an order has been booked, no changes or modifications will be permitted.
